Rastriya Swatantra Party Delegates Authority to Select Parliamentary Officials

Kathmandu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to grant the authority to select parliamentary officials, including the Speaker, to the party leadership and office bearers.

Nisha Dangi, a central committee member of the party, informed that the party's parliamentary party meeting held today unanimously made this decision for the selection of the Speaker, Deputy Speaker, ministers, the party's chief whip, and whips.

Earlier today, the party's central committee meeting unanimously elected senior leader Balendra Shah (Balen) as the parliamentary party leader.
