Iranian Drone Attacks Fuel Depot at Kuwait International Airport

Dubai. An Iranian drone attacked early Wednesday morning at Kuwait International Airport. According to Kuwait's Directorate General of Civil Aviation, the drone targeted the fuel depot at the airport, causing a large fire in the area.

Speaking with the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), official spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi stated that according to preliminary reports, only material damage occurred in the attack. There have been no reports of human casualties so far.

Immediately following the attack, authorities mobilized emergency security mechanisms. Firefighting and relevant agency teams immediately reached the scene and attempted to bring the fire under control.

Currently, the area of the airport is being secured while detailed damage assessment is underway.
