China Responds to Iran Conflict with Dual Diplomatic and Military Messaging, Reshaping Global Trade Norms

‘Epstein Syndicate’, also known as the US-Israeli leadership, has prompted China to respond to the war initiated in Iran through two parallel channels. Beijing has delivered its response via diplomatic spokespersons and military spokespersons.

This means that China views the ongoing conflict not only as a serious political/diplomatic tension but also as a military threat.

A colonel and spokesperson for China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) symbolically stated that the US is ‘addicted to war.’ He argued that a country with only 250 years of history has barely remained peaceful for 16 years.

He clearly states that the US is a global threat. He also explicitly points out the moral threat.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is firmly committed to establishing a long-term connection between Marxism and Confucianism. One of the main contributions of Confucius to political thought is the precise use of language. According to Confucius, only those who can speak with precise imagery and moral weight are capable of governing a nation.

Therefore, China is currently carefully crafting a moral critique of the American choice to wage war in Iran. China emphasizes establishing that the current war is being waged due to an attack by a country that has lost its moral footing.

‘Global South’ understands the message China intends to convey with this critique well. Furthermore, looking at the various facts emerging from the battlefield, it is evident how China is changing the rules of war in Iran. 

Iran's ‘Grid’ system is now fully integrated with the ‘Bedu’ satellite system. This explains precisely how Iran is hitting its targets accurately. Every move by the US-Israel faces a ‘digital wall’ of Chinese technology. More than 40 Bedu satellites are orbiting in space. Based on this, the effectiveness of Iranian missiles and resistance to ‘jamming’ have increased.

China and Iran have a 25-year ‘Comprehensive Strategic Partnership’ underway. As part of this, China has provided its ‘Long Range Radars’ connected to its satellite systems. Compared to the ‘12-day war’ last year, the response time for Iran has become much shorter.

Meanwhile, Russia is also assisting in another equally important area. Russia, which has experience dealing with Western systems like ‘Patriot’ and ‘IRIS-T’ in the Ukraine war, is sharing its lessons extensively with Iran. Iran is now not only learning how to neutralize large-scale drone attacks but also how to coordinate a massive volley of drones with ballistic missile ‘volleys’.

The recent ‘Operation True Promise-4’ launched by Iran caused extensive damage to Israeli and American sides due to this very war technology. The real story of the game lies in the ‘Petroyuan’.

Let's consider the issue of the ‘Strait of Hormuz’ for a moment. Iran is currently allowing only those oil tankers to pass through the ‘Strait of Hormuz’ whose trade is conducted in Petroyuan. Tankers trading in dollars have been denied passage. The situation is similar for those trading in Euros. Only those trading in Yuan are allowed to pass.

In fact, China initiated the end of the ‘Bretton Woods and Petrodollar system’ back in December 2022. At that time, Beijing invited the oil-rich kings of the ‘Gulf Co-operation Council’ (GCC) to trade their oil on the ‘Shanghai Stock Exchange’.

This has also been incorporated into China's recently passed 15th Five-Year Plan. Many issues have now become part of a deeper, systemic approach.

Beijing's planners have set GDP growth around 4 percent overall. The ‘Digital Economy’ is reaching around 12.5 percent of GDP. The share of green energy sector production is reaching 25 percent. Surface water quality is increasing to 85 percent. There is a flood of high-value ‘patents’. Amidst all these successes and positives, effective indicators have been set to achieve the goals by 2030.

This means the Chinese are treating the economy, energy security, environment, education, and health like different organs of a healthy body. Urbanization is increasing productivity in this manner. Investment in research and development is producing more and more patents. These patents are boosting the digital economy. Furthermore, green energy is increasing strategic autonomy.

Looking at the latest Five-Year Plan, one can see how China is meticulously paving the way to become a leader in future technology. That journey, starting from 2030, will reach its full fruition around 2050.

The abolition of the Petrodollar can bring about significant changes in the current international relations system. Iran is currently displacing the Petrodollar in the world's most sensitive ‘choke point’ and the strait through which 20 percent of oil passes, advancing with the Petroyuan in its vessel.

This is not a military move by Iran. It is a move of nuclear weapon level in financial terms. Even better, Iran is providing a ‘model’ suitable for the Global South. Now, about 90 percent of Iranian crude oil exports are being conducted in Chinese Yuan through the ‘CIPS’ payment system.

The Global South can now be encompassed by a general model. Iran has not said the Strait of Hormuz is closed. It has only closed it for America and its cronies trading in the Petrodollar, who are part of the ‘Epstein Syndicate’ involved in the attack on Iran. Sea routes have effectively become political ‘filters’. As the Global South shifts to Petroyuan, the dominance of the Petrodollar, which began in 1974, is certain to end.  

Currently, every trader in the world knows well how the Petrodollar works. Following the ‘Oil Shock’ of 1973, the ‘Gulf Cooperation Council’ and ‘OPEC’ agreed in 1974 to trade oil exclusively in US dollars.

Oil exporters must compulsorily deposit their surplus dollars into ‘US Treasury Bonds’ and ‘Stocks’. Doing so further strengthens the US dollar as the ‘Reserve Currency’. It invests in the US technology industry. It invests in America's ‘Military Industrial Complex’. It indirectly invests in the continuous wars waged by America. Most importantly, it is used to support America's debt burden.

‘BRICS’ member states China, Russia, and Iran are seeking to create a new and advanced payment system. A significant aspect of this is bypassing the Petrodollar.

In Trump's language, he went on an unplanned ‘excursion’, but looking at the ground reality, he is facing a huge failure there. America, instead, is receiving a new level of shock.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard is adopting the style of ‘Sun Tzu’.

‘Using the Strait of Hormuz as a weapon’ means the ‘Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) is employing the strategy of the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu. The narrow passage of the Strait of Hormuz and the Yuan currency have now become weapons to destroy the empire. With this, why is a nuclear bomb needed?

The world has now reached a point where the control of the global financial system is being determined. We are clearly seeing that the Persians are playing chess very well. This is a game they know well. However, an element of the Chinese game ‘Weiqi’ or ‘Go’ can also be seen mixed into the game.

‘Go’ itself is a unique game. When small stones on the board connect, a state of long-term control over the entire board is established. In our current context of the geopolitical and geo-economic chessboard, the steps of determining one's position, maintaining patience, accumulating things that benefit oneself, and managing strategy are important.

That is the ‘secret’ that the war imposed on Iran has given China the opportunity for a decisive move. Beijing has been setting up the chessboard with infinite patience for a long time. It has created a group of multilateral institutions. It has played an important role in ‘BRICS’ and ‘SCO’.

It has built the new Silk Road in the form of ‘BRI’. It has invested heavily in building alternative trading systems. It has recently increased its diplomatic capacity significantly.

‘Go’ is a very prudent game. If you can shape the board correctly, you do not have to fail. The game starts playing itself slowly. We are standing at exactly that juncture. The imperialist vampire and its cronies, allies, and slaves are stunned and terrified. They are trapped and imprisoned in the swamp of their own arrogance.
