Ghode Jatra Festival Celebrated in Kathmandu's Tundikhel with Presidential Presence

Kathmandu. The Ghode Jatra festival was celebrated at the military parade ground in Tundikhel on Wednesday. The procession concluded in a special ceremony in the presence of President Ram Chandra Paudel.

Vice President Ram Sahayaprasad Yadav, Prime Minister Sushila Karki, National Assembly Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal, former Prime Ministers, ministers, and others were also present at the ceremony.

The Nepali Army showcased displays including equestrian skills, motorcycle stunts, physical exercises, and martial arts during the ceremony.

The Ghode Jatra festival is celebrated every year in the Kathmandu Valley on the day of Chaitra Krishna Aunsi.
