Nearly 300 Afghan Nationals Released from Pakistani Jails Return Home

Islamabad. TOLOnews reported that nearly 300 Afghan nationals released from Pakistani jails last week have returned to Afghanistan.

According to TOLOnews' report, these individuals entered their homeland by crossing the Spin Boldak border crossing in Kandahar province. It was stated that the prisoners had been held in Pakistani jails for various periods, ranging from one day to almost two months.

TOLOnews also reported that upon returning to Afghanistan, they were registered and listed, and initial humanitarian assistance was provided at the Spin Boldak border crossing to help them return to their home provinces.
