Thai Woman Demands Monthly Fee from Husband's Mistress to Continue Affair

Bangkok. Generally, women do not compromise regarding their husbands. However, a fact has come to light where a woman demanded a monthly sum in exchange for allowing her husband to continue seeing another woman.

This incident surfaced through Thailand's popular television show ‘Hon Krasae,’ where a woman named Khun Kwang shared her experience.

According to Kwang, she married a young man she met during her college years. The 31-year-old Kwang stated that she married the man when she was 21. They reportedly have one child who is 8 years old.

In mid-2025, Kwang began suspecting her husband. Suspecting another woman in her husband's life, she hired someone for 10,000 Baht as a private investigator.

The investigator provided Kwang with reliable information on the first day itself. After receiving information that her husband was visiting another woman's house, Kwang went to that house but did not find her husband there. Later, Kwang confronted both her husband and the other woman together.

During this confrontation, the other woman responded to Kwang, stating, ‘I knew he was married and that he even has a child.’

Following this, Kwang proposed to the woman, ‘Despite this, if you want to stay with my husband, you must pay me 30,000 Baht every month.’

The woman accepted Kwang's proposal, but Kwang's husband refused.

After legal experts advised that renting out a husband is not legally permissible, Kwang initiated legal proceedings against the other woman.
