Chitwan District Administration Orders Closure of Unlicensed Educational Consultancies and Manpower Agencies

Chitwan. The District Administration Office, Chitwan, has directed educational consultancies and manpower service providers operating without permission to shut down their branch or liaison offices.

The office issued a public notice urging institutions operating without approval from the relevant bodies to close their offices or obtain the necessary permits and renewals within 15 days.

According to the administration, this notice was issued following complaints that some organizations were providing services by giving misleading and unnecessary assurances such as visa processing and job guarantees, without operating regular offices.

The notice also warned that action would be taken according to prevailing laws if the offices are not closed or if operations continue without obtaining permission within the specified time.
