Microbus Carrying Indian Pilgrims Crashes in Dhading After Manakamana Visit

Dhading. A microbus returning after visiting Manakamana has been involved in a serious accident.

The EV (Electric Vehicle) met with the accident around 8 PM on Saturday night in Kantar, Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3, Gorkha. Police sources from the scene indicated that some of the 14 Indian passengers aboard the microbus, bearing registration number Bagmati Province 006 Kha 8430, died in the crash.

Nepal Police have reached the accident site and are engaged in rescue operations. The injured have been admitted to Abukhaireni Hospital in Tanahun. Further updates regarding the accident are still forthcoming.
