CPN Candidate Amanlal Modi Concedes Defeat in Morang-4 Election

Kathmandu. Amidst the ongoing vote counting in Morang-4, CPN candidate Amanlal Modi has conceded his defeat. As the vote difference significantly widened, he accepted the loss through social media and congratulated the leading candidate from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Santosh Rajbanshi. Modi stated that although counting is still underway, he decided to concede due to the substantial margin.

He congratulated the leading candidate Santosh Rajbanshi and also extended best wishes to the RSP for achieving an unprecedented victory nationwide. Furthermore, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to all voters who cast their ballots for the 'Tara' (star) election symbol. He also thanked the leaders, cadres, supporters, and well-wishers of the Communist Party of Nepal who actively supported the election campaign.

Modi mentioned that he would not be disheartened by the election results and stated that he would move forward by strengthening the Communist Party of Nepal through self-reflection. He noted that victory and defeat are natural processes in elections and affirmed his continuous commitment to the nation and the people while further strengthening the Federal Democratic Republic.
