Congress Candidate Tek Bahadur Gurung Wins Manang Parliamentary Seat

Kathmandu. Congress candidate Tek Bahadur Gurung has won the House of Representatives seat from Manang. Chief District Officer Navaraj Paudel provided this information based on the final vote count completed on Friday evening.

Gurung secured 2,414 votes, while his closest rival, CPN candidate Ashoda Gurung (Subedi), received 454 votes. 

However, the Election Officer's office is yet to make the formal announcement. This marks the second victory for the Congress party; they also won in Mustang.
