UML Candidate Maintains Lead in Chitwan-1 House of Representatives Race

Chitwan. In the House of Representatives election, the CPN-UML candidate has maintained the lead in Chitwan Constituency No. 1. So far, with 2,830 votes counted in the constituency, UML candidate David Dorje Lama has secured 963 votes. He is being closely followed by Congress candidate Rajendra Burlakoti.

While Burlakoti has received 739 votes, Rastriya Swatantra Party's Hari Dhakal is in third place. Dhakal has garnered 483 votes, while CPN candidate Krishnaraj Pant has received 310 votes.
