Peaceful Voting Concludes in Dadeldhura for House of Representatives Election; Turnout Reaches 49.08%

Dadeldhura. Voting has concluded peacefully in Dadeldhura for the House of Representatives election. According to the Chief Returning Officer, Arun Kumar Koirala, 49.08 percent of the votes were cast across the district. Koirala stated that a total of 45,909 votes were cast, comprising 25,313 for women and 20,596 for men.

Dadeldhura's Chief District Officer, Bishnu Prasad Koirala, informed that the voting was completed in a peaceful environment without any major disruptions anywhere. He added that ballot boxes are currently being collected.

Preparations are underway to begin vote counting once all ballot boxes from the polling stations across the district are brought to the Chief Returning Officer's office by Friday. Chief Returning Officer Koirala stated that all necessary preparations for the counting have been completed, and the counting venue is ready.

Dadeldhura has a total of 93,403 registered voters. For the voting, 104 polling stations and 141 polling centers were designated across the district. Additionally, one temporary polling center was arranged. Security agencies were mobilized to ensure the election was safe and orderly.
