Voter Turnout Reaches 54.27% in Myagdi for House of Representatives Election

Pokhara. Voter turnout for the House of Representatives election in Myagdi reached 54.27 percent. A total of 46,893 votes were cast, comprising 25,118 by women, 21,774 by men, and 1 by others.

Assistant Chief District Officer Kul Prasad Acharya informed that all ballot boxes from Beni Municipality, Mangala, Malika, and Annapurna Rural Municipalities have arrived at the counting centers. According to him, the remaining ballot boxes are expected to arrive by 11 PM tonight. 

The Election Office stated that an all-party meeting will be convened immediately after the ballot boxes arrive to commence the counting process. The counting venue has also been kept ready.
