Voting Begins in Both Constituencies of Baglung District

Baglung. Voting has begun in both constituencies of Baglung. Chief Election Officer Sita Sharma Adhikari informed that voting started at 7 AM this morning at all polling stations in the district.

A total of 193,381 voters are registered across Baglung district, comprising 94,806 male and 98,574 female voters. Four thousand personnel, including election staff, police, and election police, have been mobilized for the election.

There are 107 polling stations and 230 polling centers established in the district. One polling station was added and one polling center was reduced, resulting in 107 polling stations and 230 polling centers, due to factors such as security sensitivity, fluctuation in voter numbers, and accessibility.

Two polling stations have also been relocated. Temporary polling centers have been established at the District Prison and the District Coordination Committee office.
