Seven Killed in Separate Road Accidents Across Nepal in Last 24 Hours

Seven people have died in separate road accidents across various parts of the country in the last 24 hours.

According to the Central Police Newsroom, the fatalities occurred in accidents in Saptari, Sarlahi, Kaski, Dang, Kanchanpur, and Sindhuli districts.

In Agnisair Krishnasaran Rural Municipality-6, Mahuli Bazaar, a collision between a scooter and a motorcycle resulted in the death of the scooter rider, 40-year-old Shyam Dev Chaudhary, a resident of Agnisair Krishnasaran Rural Municipality-1, and his eight-year-old daughter, Kritika Kumari Chaudhary, who was riding pillion.

In Sarlahi's Haripur Municipality-8, Jagatpur road, a motorcycle collided with a tractor, killing the motorcycle rider, 26-year-old Sahil Paswan from Lalbandi Municipality-2, Punarbas Tol.

Similarly, an unidentified pedestrian was killed after being hit by a scooter in Pokhara Metropolitan City-10 Industrial Area. In Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-19 Hadime road, 22-year-old Dipen Ghartimagar from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-19 died when his motorcycle overturned.

In Kamalamai Municipality-4, near Hirapani, a bus hit a scooter, leading to the death of 35-year-old Chandra Shrestha, a resident of Golanjor Rural Municipality-2, Bittijor, who was living in Kamalamai Municipality-6, Dhurabajar.
