Three Killed in Separate Road Accidents Across Nepal

Three people have died in separate road accidents in various locations. According to the police, in Sunsari's Duhabi Municipality-12, Purbakushaha, a pedestrian, 65-year-old Gambhir Lal Uraw, and 60-year-old Kaiyalal Chaudhary, both residents of the same municipality-12, died Saturday night after being hit by a motorcycle with registration number Ko.36 Pa 322 on the road.

Gambhir Lal, who was seriously injured in the collision, died during treatment at Birat Medical Teaching Hospital in Budhiganga, and Kaiyalal died at Birat Nursing Home in Biratnagar.

Similarly, in Lamjung's Besisahar Municipality-2, Manakamana Tole, a pedestrian, 50-year-old Mangali Subedi, a resident of the same municipality-2, died Saturday evening after being hit by a jeep with registration number Ga.3 Cha 913 on the road.

She died during treatment at New Medical College in Chitwan after being seriously injured in the collision. The police have taken the jeep driver into custody.

Police have stated that necessary investigations are underway regarding the accidents.
