The writ petition named the Central Office of the Communist Party of Nepal, the Central Committee Coordinator of the Communist Party of Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the office of the Karnali Province Assembly parliamentary party of the Communist Party of Nepal, and others as respondents.
