Filming Begins for New Movie 'Karki Saina' Directed by Rajendra Basnet

Kathmandu. Filming has commenced for the movie 'Karki Saina,' which will be directed by Rajendra Basnet. The production unit started shooting the film in Dhankuta on Tuesday.

Actors including Jitu Nepal, Priyana Acharya (Munni), Sushil Pokharel, Birendra Singh Kushwaha, Manshi Sharma, Manil Tamang, Renuka Acharya, Dipsan Limbu, Rhoda Rai, and Kamal Devkota are present on set for the filming.

Director Basnet stated that filming has begun with a schedule set for one month. According to him, the movie will be shot in Dhankuta, Barahakshetra, and Chhatra.

Priyana will be paired opposite actor Jitu Nepal in the film. Produced under the banner of Karnabahadur Films Pvt. Ltd., the film's producer is Balkumar Rai. The cinematography is handled by Dambar Rai, with presentation by Krishna Bhagat Chamling. The film, which features action by Kiran Dahal and music by Dipsan Limbu, is yet to finalize its release date.
