CPN Chairman Prachanda Asserts Party's Crucial Role in Post-Election Government

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has stated that the CPN's role in the government to be formed after the elections will be very significant.

Speaking on Tuesday at the CPN Central Office in Paris Danda while inducting leaders and activists close to UML's Mukti Samaj Dolakha into the party, Prachanda mentioned that since the CPN's victory in most constituencies in the upcoming elections is assured, the party's role in the post-election government will be very important.

With only a few days left until the elections, Prachanda stated that if all leaders and activists work harder, the CPN will become the number one party. Prachanda further noted that a new atmosphere of polarization has emerged since the formation of the CPN, expressing the view that all leftist communists will once again unite. He mentioned that due to significant opposition to KP Oli's working style within the UML, leaders and activists from the UML itself will help raise the flag of unity again.

He emphasized the need for all revolutionary communists to unite and move forward to strengthen the communist movement in the country.
