He noted that long-term and effective results in controlling revenue leakage can be achieved with strategic support in technology, manpower, legal strengthening, and inter-agency coordination.

The meeting also included a virtual discussion with the chiefs of all seven Provincial Police Offices and the chiefs of District Police Offices Morang, Bara, Chitwan, Banke, and Kailali regarding the efforts made in controlling revenue leakage and smuggling.
