Madhesh Province Chief Minister Highlights Role of Mithila Madhyama Parikrama in Cultural Preservation

Dhanusha. Madhesh Province Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Yadav stated that the Mithila Madhyama Parikrama has further strengthened the religious, cultural, and spiritual identity of Mithila.

Today, during the spiritual Holi special celebration organized at Kanchanvan Basa in Mahottari during the Mithila Madhyama Parikrama, he said that the Mithila Madhyama Parikrama is not just a religious journey but also a symbol of mutual harmony, tolerance, and social unity.

Chief Minister Yadav expressed the view that the tradition of celebrating the Holi festival from a spiritual perspective promotes positive energy and moral values in society. He stated that the provincial government is committed to promoting the historical and religious significance of the Mithila region at the national and international levels.

Chief Minister Yadav expressed confidence that the active participation of saints, devotees, and local residents in the Parikrama will contribute to the promotion of tourism in the province.
