Printing of All Ballots for Upcoming House of Representatives Election Completed

Bhaktapur. The printing of all necessary ballots for the House of Representatives election scheduled for the upcoming Falgun 21 has been completed.

Yadunath Poudel, Managing Director of Janak Education Material Center Limited, informed that the responsibility of printing the ballots given by the Election Commission was completed on Monday evening. He stated that starting today, all ballots will be 'packaged' and transported to the respective provinces.

Managing Director Poudel said, "We have completed the printing of two crore three lakh ballots for the direct election by Monday evening. Although the printing started with a schedule of 42 days, we succeeded in completing it in 40 days. Now, we will deliver the ballots to all districts within 10 days."

The center had been printing 1.3 to 1.5 million ballots daily. Earlier, the commission had printed 10 lakh sample ballots and distributed them to various places, while the center has reported that the process of sending two crore eight lakh thirty thousand ballots for proportional representation to the districts is underway.

Managing Director Poudel informed that all ballots have already reached Karnali and Sudurpaschim, and work is underway to deliver the ballots to the remaining areas within 10 days.
