Prime Minister Karki Briefed on Bhojpur Security Situation Ahead of Elections

Bhojpur. Prime Minister Sushila Karki was briefed by security agencies regarding the situation in Bhojpur.

The security team, including Chief District Officer Rajan Paudel, informed Prime Minister Karki about the preparations and status of the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21. Chief District Officer Paudel stated that Prime Minister Karki, who is visiting to assess the conditions in the high Himalayan region, was updated on the ongoing preparations and status for the election.

Speaking with journalists in Solukhumbu, Prime Minister Karki confirmed that the elections would be held in a single phase on the scheduled date.

Prime Minister Karki discussed election and security matters with a team that included Chief District Officer Paudel, District Judge and Chief Election Officer Narayan Prasad Dahal, heads of all four security agencies, and the District Election Officer.
