Four Nepali National Team Players Improve ICC Rankings in T20I

Four players from the Nepali national team have improved their ICC rankings.

Captain Rohit Paudel, all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee, Kushal Bhurtel, and Sandeep Lamichhane have succeeded in moving up in the T20I rankings.

Accordingly, Dipendra has improved his batting and bowling rankings. In the rankings released by the ICC on Wednesday, Dipendra has improved 4 places in batting, reaching 72nd position, and has managed to climb 5 places in bowling to reach 71st position.

However, Dipendra's ranking in the all-rounders category remains unchanged at sixth position.

Similarly, Captain Rohit Paudel has also improved his batting position, climbing three places to reach 75th position. Opener Kushal Bhurtel has also managed to move up 4 places to the 77th position.

Sandeep Lamichhane has also climbed 10 places in bowling to reach 74th position.

In the T20 World Cup, Nepal lost their first match against England by four runs on Sunday. Tomorrow, Nepal will play their second match against Italy at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
