Chelsea Draws 2-2 with Leeds United in Premier League Thriller; Newcastle and Bournemouth Secure Wins

Kathmandu. In an English Premier League match played today, Chelsea and Leeds United drew 2-2. Both teams presented a competitive performance in the match held at Stamford Bridge.

Joao Felix scored in the 24th minute to give Chelsea the lead. Then, in the 58th minute of the second half, Cole Palmer doubled the home team's advantage with a penalty goal.

However, Lucas Nmecha brought Leeds United back into the game with a penalty in the 67th minute. Just six minutes later, Noah Okafor secured an important point for the team with an equalizer.

Although both teams tried for a win until the end of the match, no further goals were scored, and the game ended with a shared point.

With the draw, Chelsea, having played 26 matches, reached 44 points and remains in fifth place in the league table. Leeds United accumulated 30 points from the same number of games.

In another match played today, Newcastle defeated Tottenham 2-1. With the win, Newcastle reached 36 points. 

Similarly, in another game, Bournemouth secured a 2-1 victory over Everton. With the win, Bournemouth increased its points tally to 37 in the table.
