Lumbini Province Cabinet Approves Temporary Structure, Budget Framework, and Legislative Amendments

Butwal. The cabinet meeting of the Lumbini Province Government has concluded. The meeting, held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Chetanarayan Acharya, also made various decisions.

The meeting approved the temporary organizational structure presented by the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers Office, and also decided to approve the temporary staffing quota for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2082-083.

Furthermore, government spokesperson and Minister for Agriculture, Land Management, and Cooperatives, Dinesh Panthi, informed that the decision was made to approve the Knowledge Management and Institutional Memory Transfer Procedure Work Procedure, 2082, presented by the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers Office.

Additionally, approval was granted to present the bill to amend the Provincial Forest Act, 2078, submitted by the Ministry of Forest and Environment, to the Lumbini Provincial Assembly. The meeting also approved the Provincial Cooperative Third Amendment Regulation, 2082.
