Lumbini Province Cabinet Approves Third Amendment to Cooperative Regulations, 2082

Dang. The Lumbini Province Government has approved the Province Cooperative Third Amendment Regulation, 2082. The decision was made during the Provincial Government Council of Ministers meeting held today.

Furthermore, spokesperson and Minister for Agriculture, Land Management, and Cooperatives, Dinesh Panthi, informed that the meeting granted approval for presenting the bill to amend the Province Forest Act, 2078, submitted by the Ministry of Forest and Environment, to the Lumbini Provincial Assembly. 

The meeting also approved the temporary organizational structure presented by the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers Office. Additionally, a decision was made to approve the temporary staffing structure for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2082/83. Spokesperson Panthi also informed that the government decided to approve the Knowledge Management and Institutional Memory Transfer Procedure, 2082, presented by the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers Office.
