Official Teaser for Bollywood Blockbuster 'Dhurandhar 2' Released, Hinting at Intense Revenge Plot

Mumbai. The official teaser for Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh's highly anticipated film 'Dhurandhar 2' has been released. In this 1 minute 12 second long teaser, Ranveer Singh is once again seen in his powerful and dangerous avatar.

Ranveer's look, featuring a gun in hand, short hair, and eyes blazing with vengeance, has generated significant curiosity among the audience. In the teaser, Ranveer returns to the role of Hamza Ali Mazari, signaling a story that will reveal how he transformed into Jaspreet Singh Rangi and the crisis his family faced.

This installment of the series will feature a jumbo cast. Along with Ranveer, glimpses of Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan are shown in the teaser. Arjun Rampal plays the main antagonist, 'Major Iqbal' (an ISI agent), while Sanjay Dutt appears as SP Chaudhary Aslam. R. Madhavan will reprise his role as Ajay Sanyal.

Akshay Khanna, whose character died in the first part, is not seen in the teaser and is likely to appear only in flashback sequences.

The teaser is setting records on YouTube shortly after its release. This teaser, viewed over 833,000 times in the first hour of release, has surpassed the records of big films like 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', 'Pathaan', and 'KGF 2'. So far, it has been viewed over 7.2 million times.

The full title of the film is 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge', and it is written and directed by Aditya Dhar. This high-action spy thriller will be released in theaters on March 19, 2026, in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Interestingly, this film will have a direct box office clash with South superstar Yash's film 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups'.
