Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Wife in Lalitpur Following Family Dispute

Lalitpur. A man has allegedly murdered his own wife in Deurali Danda, Godawari Municipality-7. Police arrested 27-year-old Binod Tamang on Friday morning on the charge of murdering his 23-year-old wife, Kopila Nepali.

Binod, who became enraged during a family dispute, struck Kopila with a piece of wood. Police stated that Kopila died on the spot due to a severe head injury. After killing his wife, the accused Binod himself went to the Tikabhairav Police Post to report the incident.

Police immediately took Binod into custody upon his arrival to report that he had killed his wife and have initiated further investigation.
