Four Individuals Found Dead in Separate Incidents Across Kathmandu, Myagdi, and Surkhet

Kathmandu. Four individuals were found dead in separate locations across Kathmandu, Myagdi, and Surkhet on Thursday.

The body of a man was discovered in the Bagmati River at Chobar, Kirtipur Municipality-6, Kathmandu. The deceased, appearing to be around 35 years old, has not yet been identified by name, surname, or address.

Similarly, another man was found dead on the roadside near Public Youth Campus in Dhobichaur, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-17. Police stated that the identity of this individual, who appeared to be around 60 years old, also remains unknown. Both bodies have been sent to the hospital for post-mortem examination and identification.

Outside Kathmandu, a body was found inside the power house of the under-construction Rahughat Hydropower Project in Chamere, Raghuganga Rural Municipality-3, Myagdi. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Bhism Poudel, a resident of Ilam Mai Municipality-9.

Meanwhile, in Surkhet, 51-year-old Pimlal Dangi, a local resident, was found dead in a roadside drain near Gairi Bazaar, Gurvakot Municipality-2. Locals informed the police after spotting the body in the drain.

Police have prepared necessary documentation for all these incidents and have initiated further investigation.
