Nepal Reinsurance Company Puts 2.17 Million Shares Owned by United Ajod Insurance Up for Auction

Kathmandu. 2,171,935 shares belonging to the founding group of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited have been put up for auction. These shares are currently owned by United Ajod Insurance Company.

According to the company, the shares will be sold through a sealed bidding process. The minimum bid price for the auction has been set at NPR 400 per share, and applicants must bid for a minimum of 100,000 shares.

Founding shareholders of Nepal Reinsurance Company, as well as eligible individuals, firms, companies, and institutions under prevailing laws, can participate in the auction process.

Interested investors must submit their sealed bids along with the necessary documents to Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, within the specified deadline.

The company stated that bids that do not meet the specified terms and procedures will be automatically invalidated. All rights related to the auction process will remain vested in the selling manager according to prevailing laws.
