Western Winds Bring Partial Cloud Cover to Nepal; Possibility of Light Snowfall in Higher Regions

Kathmandu. Currently, Nepal is experiencing a partial influence of the Western Winds. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there will be partial cloud cover in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, while the weather in the remaining parts will remain mostly clear.

There is a possibility of light snowfall or rain in one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces. Fog or mist will persist in some parts of the Terai region until noon.

The forecast for the afternoon indicates partial cloud cover in the Himalayan regions of the country, with the weather remaining mostly clear in the rest of the areas.
