Low-Pressure System Causes Weather Changes Across Nepal, Including Kathmandu Valley

Kathmandu. Due to the influence of a low-pressure system in Nepal, the weather has changed in the Kathmandu Valley and across the country.

 The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology stated that some areas in Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces experienced rainfall on Sunday morning.

In the afternoon, the weather will generally be cloudy in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of the country, while the remaining areas will experience partial cloud cover.

Light snowfall and rain are expected in a few places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, and in one or two places in the remaining high hilly and Himalayan regions.
