Sunny Deol's 'Border 2' Hits Theatres, Earns Strong Opening Day Collection

Mumbai | Sunny Deol's highly anticipated film, Border 2, has been released from Friday. This film, filled with patriotism and action, is winning the hearts of the audience and receiving positive feedback. 

According to initial estimates, the film has made a spectacular opening of approximately 30 crore rupees at the Indian box office on its first day. The film, which also stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in lead roles, has succeeded in drawing huge crowds to the cinema halls.

Producer and director Karan Johar openly praised the film after watching it. Sharing the film's post on social media, Karan mentioned that several scenes in Border 2 moved him to tears and that this film would certainly be a blockbuster. 

He gave a strong reply especially to those trolling actor Varun Dhawan. Karan, who is also Varun's mentor, wrote, 'You can make fun of an artist, but when a film runs house full and receives genuine love from the audience, the artist's work silences everyone. Whatever noise makers and clickbait seekers on social media say, the truth always prevails.'

Earlier, Varun Dhawan had also reacted to the trolling he faced, stating that his work would answer the criticism. Varun's performance had been heavily criticized on social media since the trailer was released. 

Regarding this, Varun had said, 'I don't believe in noise; I want my work to speak. I have full faith in the film, and I know people go to theaters for entertainment.'
