Nepalgunj sub-metropolis' child-friendly plan to be amended

Nepalgunj - The three-year investment plan developed for making Nepalgunj city child-friendly is to be amended. The social development centre chief Krishna Prasad Joshi added that the plan needs to be amended as Nepalgunj Municipality was upgraded to a sub-metropolis. 

Earlier, the municipality had developed 41-point programmes to make the city child-friendly and it is going to be amended as 11 new wards were merged in the municipality while upgrading the city into a sub-metropolis. 

He added that the necessary coordination and new plans should be developed to meet the goals of making the city child-friendly therefore the previous plan should be amended.
