Social Engineer Vishnu Khatri Dies in Road Accident

Social Engineer Vishnu Khatri from Shantinagar, Shuklagandaki Municipality-7 in Tanahun district has passed away. His death occurred this morning in Kathmandu during treatment for injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Details of the Accident

The fatal incident took place at Bankechowk in Dulegauda, Shuklagandaki Municipality-4, along the Prithvi Highway. Khatri was riding a motorcycle with license plate Ba 9 Pa 3992 from Belchautara towards Dulegauda when a jeep coming from the opposite direction, with license plate Ga 3 Cha 319, collided with him.

Treatment Efforts Were Unsuccessful

After the collision, the injured Khatri was first taken to GP Koirala Respiratory Care Center for initial emergency treatment. He was later referred to the Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu for further advanced medical care. Despite these efforts, he succumbed to his injuries this morning during the course of his treatment.
