Nepali Congress leader Paudel dies in motorcycle accident

Damauli, March 9 —  A motorcycle accident on Saturday night in Shuklagandaki Municipality-2, Nursery, Tanahun, along the Prithvi Highway, resulted in the death of Nepali Congress District Committee member Bal Krishna Paudel.

According to the Belchautara Area Police Office, Paudel, 52, was riding a motorcycle with the number plate Ga 13 Pa 5062, heading from Pokhara towards Belchautara, when the accident occurred.

Paudel, who was seriously injured in the accident, was rushed to G.P. Koirala Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.
