Gold price drops today in domestic market

Kathmandu, January 30 — On Thursday, the price of gold in the Nepali market has slightly decreased, while the price of silver has increased, according to the price list published by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

According to the Federation, the price of hallmark gold, which was set at NPR 160,600 per tola on Wednesday, decreased by NPR 100 on Thursday, bringing the price to NPR 160,500 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver, which was NPR 1,855 per tola on Wednesday, increased by NPR 30, reaching NPR 1,885 per tola on Thursday, as reported by the Federation.
