Gold price up by NPR 1,400 per tola

Kathmandu, January 29 — The price of gold increased by Rs 1,400 per tola (11.66 grams) on Wednesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold rose by Rs 1,400 per tola compared to Tuesday, reaching Rs 160,600 per tola.
Previously, the price of hallmark gold had remained at Rs 159,200 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also increased.
The Federation stated that the price of silver, which was Rs 1,835 per tola on Tuesday, rose to Rs 1,855 per tola on Wednesday.
