Special Court Orders Businessman Deepak Bhatta and Sulabh Agrawal to Judicial Custody

Kathmandu. The Special Court has ordered businessman Deepak Bhatta and Sulabh Agrawal to be sent to judicial custody for pre-trial detention. The court issued the order to send them to custody on Wednesday after the pre-trial detention hearing on the money laundering case against them concluded.

After the statements were completed, the pre-trial detention hearing took place in the bench of Special Court Chairman Sudarshan Dev Bhatta and members Umesh Koirala and Bidur Koirala.
