Gold price drops in domestic market
Kathmandu, January 19 — The price of gold dropped in the Nepali market on Sunday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold decreased by NPR 800 per tola compared to Friday's rates.
On Sunday, hallmark gold was priced at NPR 157,100 per tola, down from NPR 157,900 per tola on Friday.
Similarly, the price of silver also saw a decline.
The price of silver, which was NPR 1,890 per tola on Friday, dropped to NPR 1,860 per tola on Sunday, as reported by the Federation.
