Surydarshan Cooperative fraud case: Defense lawyers complete arguments

Kathmandu, January 8 — The defense lawyers have concluded their arguments in the case related to the Surydarshan Cooperative fraud, in which Rabi Lamichhane, the President of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP), and others are the accused.

Court sources indicate that the arguments from the prosecution will begin shortly.

Today, defense lawyers Ram Bahadur Khanal, Bishnu Marasini, and Ujjwal Shankar Sapkota presented their cases in court.
