Rabi Lamichhane's statement begins in co-operative fraud case

Pokhara, December 26 — The statement of Rabi Lamichhane, the president of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, has begun in the co-operative fraud case while he remains in police custody.
The statement recording started on Thursday at the Kaski District Court.
Lamichhane has been taken to the judge's chamber for the statement, which will be recorded by Judge Nitij Rai.
The statement of another defendant, Lila Pachhai, in the same case has just been completed.
