Six injured in Gulmi vehicle accident

Gulmi, December 13 — Six people were injured in a road accident in Gulmi on Friday.

The incident occurred in Musikot Municipality-4 when a vehicle (registration number Sudurpashchim Pradesh-1001 Ja 1385) coming from Butwal towards Deurali met with an accident.

According to the District Police Office of Gulmi, the vehicle fell 200–300 meters off the road, injuring six people, including the driver.

The injured individuals include 24-year-old Deepak Sunar, the driver from Gulmi's Musikot-2, 20-year-old Madhav Acharya, and 43-year-old Ganga Bhattarai from the same area.

Also injured were 38-year-old Basanti Shrees from Resunga Municipality-8, Gulmi, her 8-year-old son, Action Shrees, and her husband, 45-year-old Nabin Shrees.

According to DSP Shankar Pokharel from the Gulmi District Police Office, the condition of Nabin is serious.

The other injured people were rescued and sent to the district hospital in Tamghas for treatment.
