Nepal Premier League: Chitwan Rhinos defeats Sudur Paschim Royals by 33 runs

Kirtipur, December 8 — Chitwan Rhinos has defeated Sudur Paschim Royals by 33 runs in the NPL match held today at Kirtipur Stadium.

Chitwan Rhinos set a target of 165 runs, finishing with 164/5 in 20 overs. Hassan Eisakhil top-scored with 65 off 52 balls, while Ravi Bopara added 36 off 18 balls. 

The fall of wickets for Chitwan was at 17, 67, 106, 134, and 158, with Scott Kuggeleijn and Brandon McMullen taking 2 and 1 wickets respectively for Sudur Paschim Royals.

In reply, Royals managed only 131 runs in 18.2 overs. Saif Zaib top-scored with 18 runs, and Ishan Pandey contributed 35.

Wickets fell consistently, with Aarif Sheikh, Dilpreet Bajwa, and Naresh Budayair dismissed cheaply. The Royals were all out in the 18.2 over.
