In pictures: First win of Kathmandu Gurkhas in NPL

Kathmandu, December 4 — In the first match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) played on Wednesday, Kathmandu Gurkhas triumphed over Karnali Yaks by 3 wickets.

This is the Kathmandu Gurkhas' first win in the ongoing tournament, while Karnali Yaks suffered their second consecutive defeat.

After losing the toss, Karnali Yaks were invited to bat first and scored 149/5 in their allotted 20 overs.

In reply, Kathmandu Gurkhas chased down the target of 150, reaching 153/7 in 19.3 overs.
