SC dismisses Durga Prasain's writ

Kathmandu, November 27 — The Supreme Court has decided to dismiss the writ petition filed by medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain.

Along with the dismissal of the writ, the court has also issued a directive order.

The bench of Justices Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nityananda Pandey issued this order. Following the Supreme Court's ruling, he will remain in custody.
