Judicial Council meeting begins; appointments for SC and HC judges top agenda

Kathmandu, November 26 — The meeting of the Judicial Council has started.

The meeting is being held to discuss the appointment and recommendation of judges for the Supreme Court and High Courts.

There are currently 4 vacancies in the Supreme Court and 17 in the High Courts.

The meeting of the council, led by Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut, is expected to recommend appointments for the vacant positions.
