Chitra Lekha Yadav appointed as Nepal's ambassador to Australia

Kathmandu, November 24 — President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Chitra Lekha Yadav as Nepal's ambassador to Australia.

The appointment was made on Sunday based on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

As per Article 282 (1) of Nepal's Constitution, the President appoints ambassadors on the recommendation of the government.
