HoR Secretary Adhikari resigns

Kathmandu, November 24 — Suresh Adhikari, the Secretary of the House of Representatives, has resigned. He submitted his resignation effective from tomorrow, Monday.

According to Ekram Giri, Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Secretary Adhikari submitted his resignation to the President's Office.

“He resigned citing health issues, and the resignation will take effect from tomorrow,” Giri said.

Adhikari was appointed to the position of Secretary of the House of Representatives by Speaker Devraj Ghimire on July 1.

According to a source from the President's Office, his resignation has not yet been approved.
